This is awesome!  I always feel so badly when a customer can no longer order something they had wanted, but waited too long.  So please, take a look at this US_HolidayRetiringList_ENG so that doesn’t happen to you! Order while you can!signature2

Share Handmade Kindness!

Have you heard about Jennifer McGuire’s November project?  I think it is fabulous! Kindness is contagious so let’s send handmade kindness throughout the month of November (and beyond, really!)

I try to send handmade cards whenever possible for this very reason.  I hope the recipients feel my kindness and turn around to pass that feeling along to those they meet.  Just last weekend, my son’s friend was turing 13.  Since my son told me that everyone always enjoys my cards, I made a card for this boy.

It’s just fun! So why not send some kindness to someone you know? You don’t have to be a card maker to do this!  Just something handmade, like cookies, would be amazing as well 🙂

So let’s join Jennifer with the amazing project! #sharehandmadekindness

Oragami boxes are fun to make!

So as soon as I watched Dawn Griffith’s video on how to make this box, I knew I had to make one!christmas box

Isn’t it cute!?! How could it not be when using the gorgeous Home for Christmas dsp from the Holiday Catalog? And the poinsettia created with the Festive Flower Builder Punch makes the perfect topper for the box.  The metal rimmed pearls add just enough bling to the flower, too. Want to learn how to make one? If you live in the San Antonio are, just contact me to schedule a workshop!

Storage Tip for your Thinlits!

I’ve shown you before how I store my dies that coordinate with a stamp set in the stamp set case.  Well, what about the dies that don’t coordinate with stamps? Like all of our lovely flip card thinlits and various favor bags/boxes? I LOVE LOVE LOVE all of our amazing thinlits!  So, of course, I have quite the collection.  I wanted to organize all of them in one spot, so I found an old 8×8 scrapbook that I had purchased on clearance quite some time ago at a local craft store and decided that would make a great home for my thinlits collection.  And I was right!  What do you think?

Now I can easily flip through the pages of this old scrapbook and even find all of those amazing little additional dies that come with some of the thinlits so I can use those, too. A real win-win for me 😀 .

The Holiday Season is HERE!

What craft projects are you working on for the holidays? Our latest catalog is sure to have whatever you need to help you create some amazing projects!

2015 Holiday catalog

There are items for Halloween, Thanksgiving and of course, Christmas.  I’d like to share with you some of the projects I have recently created using items from this amazing catalog.

This is an adorable candy favor.  As you pull the chocolate bar out of the top, the sentiment slides out of the bottom.  Isn’t that clever!?!

For the Thanksgiving season, I have this card.

And who doesn’t need Christmas cards?  Well, I have a few 🙂 This one with the ornaments is my favorite.

But I also like this one with the snowy scene.
