Why not send a card to friend for no real reason?

I bet it would brighten his or her day and probably make you feel good, too.

Hey there friend card by Keep Inking Up

This is clearly for a female friend, but you can send a card to a male friend just as easily. Wondering where the sentiment is from? Well, it’s not in any catalog, it’s from a long ago Paper Pumpkin kit. I love looking through my notebook of past kit stamps! They are exclusive to Paper Pumpkin, not available any other way and I just love them! This one was PERFECT for my card today!

Have you started your Christmas cards yet?

Every year I tell myself to make just 10 cards every month.  That way, by November, I would have at least 100 Christmas cards ready to put in the mail.  BUT, I have yet to do that. 🙁

Next month I will be joining some friends for an Open House to sell Christmas gifts.  So I made a set of Christmas Cards to sell.Christmas card set by Keep Inking Up

The good news for me is if these don’t sell, I can use them as my personal Christmas cards.  I really need to get going on those!

At it again . . .

with Painted Harvest.  I just can’t get enough of this beautiful stamps set!  This time I went for a more monochromatic look.  It didn’t turn out quite like I had envisioned, but I still like it.  What are your favorite colors with this beauty?

Monochromatic Painted Harvest thank you card by Keep Inking Up

I used Whisper White craft ink and Crumb Cake for the flowers, Early Espresso for the sentiment, all stamped on Crumb Cake card stock with an Early Espresso matt. I added the white baker’s twine to pull out more of the white ink.
