Is the Big Shot just too much for you?

I LOVE my Big Shot, as you know, and use it on 99% of ALL of my papercrafting projects.  But most of the time, I use it for embossing.  Embossing always adds such an impact on any project.  So if you are interested in embossing, but just cannot justify the expense or space needed for the Big Shot, Stampin’ Up! has a great opportunity for you!  Introducing, only while supplies last . . . the Texture Boutique Embossing Machine:

This is only a product test, which is why we are limited to the 4000 units.  But if it does well, we may see it in future catalogs (so keep your fingers crossed).

If you are shopping for the holidays, the Texture Boutique makes a wonderful gift for anyone who wants to create their own elegant embossed art. To help you with your gift-giving needs, we’re offering a special value bundle that saves you $5.90. If you prefer, you can also purchase the Texture Boutique alone (Item 132657 for only $29.95). Looking for stocking stuffers? Pick up some additional embossing folders.

Talking Tags?

This has to be the coolest thing I’ve seen in quite some time.  You can now get Talking Tags!  Just add these labels to your projects and your gifts will have the unique ability to include a personalized voice message!  How COOL is that!?!

How to send a voice message:

  1. Download the FREE TalkingTagT App on you smartphone from talkingtag.mobi, iTunes® or Google PlayT.
  2. Adhere the message tag to your card or gift.
  3. Open TalkingTagT App and scan the code.
  4. Record your message (recording starts immediately, so make sure your ready!).

You will have the opportunity to listen, re-record, cancel, or confirm your message after you’ve completed recording it. Each label allows up to 60 seconds of a greeting, song, or product message.

To play the message, recipients will need to download the app and scan the code.  Messages are saved for two years, so they can listen to it over and over.

Isn’t technology just awesome?  And it’s so affordable as well – You can get 10 tags for just $7.95 (item 129723).  I can’t wait to try these out!

You are in for a real treat!

I’ve had a peek at the next catalog and am so excited about the new products!  I haven’t been able to hold a catalog in my hands yet, but did get to see an online version, another perk to being a demoSealed!  Remember, there’s still time to get a FREE collection of ink pads when you sign up to be a demonstrator!  Then you, too, would be able to see the catalogs before anyone else.

I’m not allowed to tell you about the new catalog, but I can say that I will be ordering quite a few items just as soon as they let me.  I thought the Holiday Mini was amazing, but the Spring Mini is even better!  So so many cute things!  There are bundles once again, like in the Holiday Mini, so SU continues to offer some great deals.  Pretty pretty pretty – that’s about all I can say.  As soon as I have permission to share links to the catalog, I will, so check back often!

And on another note, you can now order MDS downloads on workshop and customer orders!  So now those items will count toward your benefits – so awesome!  I love it when you get to choose free merchandise!

It’s Christmas card crunch time!

Need help with making several Christmas cards?  Thanks to fellow demonstrator, Connie Stewart, I’ve learned some very cool techniques to help make lots of great Christmas cards!  Next Monday, November 12, 2012, I will be making this card:

Using Connie’s “flash card” technique and card design, I hope to make at least 16 of these in about an hour.  So if you are in the San Antonio area, please come to my home to learn these techniques.  I will begin at about 10 am.  See you then Laughing.
