The Product of the Month for August is . . .

BLENDABILITIES!

If you have visited my Facebook business page, you know how excited I have been about our new blendabilities markers!  They make coloring so much fun!!!  These alcohol markers color so smoothly and blend so easily, you are sure to enjoy coloring any of your stamped images.

Each color for our blendabilities is offered in a 3-pack for $11.95.  That way you can blend using the 3 different markers to create gorgeous shaded images.  We do not yet offer all of our colors in these markers.  Currently we offer them in the following colors:

Cherry Cobbler   (Item #130995) Coastal Cabana  (Item #131000) Daffodil Delight   (Item #130998) Old Olive   (Item #130999) Pumpkin Pie  (Item #130997) Rich Razzleberry  (Item #131003) Skin Tone Assortment (Item #129370 – $22.95) Night of Navy  (Item 131001) Wisteria Wonder (Item 131002) Calypso Coral   (Item 130996) Melon Mambo   (Item 130994) Crumb Cake  (Item 131004) Smokey Slate  (Item 131005)

I really hope these markers sell well so we can add even more colors!  Now that I have them, I enjoy coloring so much more than ever before.

The Keep Inking Up special for August is 10% off up to 3 different colors of blendabilities.  So when you order blendabilites by August 31, 2014, I will send you a check by the end of September equal to 10% off those 3 items in a hand stamped card.  When you host a workshop during August, I will give you up to 3 colors of blendabilities for FREE!  Have a catalog party during August and up to 3 colors will be delivered with your order :).

****Please remember that this is a special offered by me only, NOT Stampin’ Up! Other demonstrators will NOT honor this offer!****

I strongly suggest you also order a Memento Ink Pad (Item 132708 – $5.95), the Memento Ink Refill (Item 133456 – $4.95), and the Color Lifter  (Item 129369 – $4.95) with your first order of blendablities.  Please do not use Staz-On ink as your images will smear as you color since both the markers and that ink are alcohol based.  The Memento Ink will help you obtain the best results.  The color lifter will help you add highlights to your colored images.  It isn’t necessary, like the ink pad, but you will be glad you have it in your marker collection.

Enjoy coloring again with these fabulous markers!signature2

Introducing . . . Product of the Month

Each month, Keep Inking Up will feature ONE specific product from the current catalogs, sharing a few projects created with that product throughout the month.

When you order that particular product by the end of that month, you will receive a rebate check from me equal to 10% of the product price (before shipping & tax) by the end of the following month along with a hand stamped card.  All workshop hosts during that month will receive the product of the month for FREE at her/his workshop.  If a host has a catalog party instead of a workshop, the FREE product will arrive with the party order.

******This is NOT a Stampin’ Up! promotion!  So other demonstrators will NOT honor this special!******

Do you have a favorite product in the current catalogs you would like to see featured as a Product of the Month?  Let me know and I will consider all suggestions :).

So come back after August 1, 2014 to see the very first Product of the Month!

Helping out a friend

A very good friend of mine, Marisa, asked me to make a few items for a baby shower.  She sent me a pic of what she wanted.  Unfortunately I did not have the nest stamp in her example, but was excited to find it at Hobby Lobby so I was able to create the bookmark exactly as she wanted.  She also asked me to make some sort of memory card for the guests to hang on a “tree” at the party.  Going for the vintage look, she loved the labels framelit shape.  Overall, she was very pleased with these creations.  I think the 40 bookmarks and 50 memory tags turned out quite well, if I do say so myself.

Marisa's shower items

Very sweet for a girl baby shower!  I hope the mom-to-be likes them, too. 🙂
