had a stamp set on your wish list FOREVER?  But then once you finally get it in your hands, you don’t use it immediately like you thought you would?  Well, this happened to me.  I have been wanting the Kinda Eclectic stamp set ever since it first came out since I was seeing so many adorable projects using it.  I finally decided to purchase it during Saleabration this year, but then it sat on my desk for several days.  Why didn’t I use it right away!?!  I had been wanting it for SO long!  So when I needed a last minute card (as usual), I finally used it and created this card:

I’m really happy with the card and just don’t understand why it took me so long to make it!  I know the person who received this card really enjoyed it.  I actually made two at the same time so I have another one at the ready :).  That makes me very happy!  Which stamp set do you have sitting around waiting to get inky?

One of the very first items to catch my eye in the 2014 Holiday Catalog was the Wonderous Wreath Photopolymer Bundle.

I just love the photopolymer stamps!  They are so easy to work with!  And I’m a big fan of bundles – who doesn’t love to save money!?! Order 137624 to get the best price 🙂

I’m sure I will be making numerous Christmas cards with this bundle.  Here are just two I’ve made so far:

I added crystal effects to the leaves of the wreath to add some dimension.  Isn’t the “Noel” just beautiful?  For that, I cut the word out 4 times, layered them to create my own custom (and very sturdy) embellishment and finished it off with a layer of crystal effects to make it really shine.  These two examples include a fancy fold card design, but you don’t need to get fancy with this bundle.  Come back to see a more simple layout perfect for mass production.  These samples would be too time consuming for mass production.  But this year, I am making only a dozen of each of my Christmas Card designs.  How are YOU coming along with your Christmas card making?

I realize this card does NOT use the Product of the Month, but I just HAD to post this Christmas card!  Have you started making your Christmas cards yet?  It will be here before we know it!

I wasn’t sure about this stamp set when I first saw it.  But as I have been enjoying coloring with my Blendabilities, I decided to get it after all.  I had NO idea what a partridge looked like so wasn’t sure what colors to use.  So I researched the bird a little on the internet and decided on these colors.  I think it turned out quite nice, if I do say so myself :).  What do you think?  This won’t be a card I mass produce as the coloring takes quite a bit of time, but it will def go to a very special person.

I really like the touch of texture with the burlap ribbon under the sentiment.

This fabulous little set of dies makes the most adorable boxes!  I KNOW you’ve seen them ALL over Pinterest :D.  I highly recommend you use the magnetic platform when cutting with this die as it will make your life so much easier.  But the multi-purpose platform will work just fine.

Here are a few special order pumpkins I made for a lovely lady I met at a recent business fair.  Aren’t they just adorable!?!

I am so sorry I have been MIA this past month.  With the kids now in school, a family wedding, and preparing for a future business fair, my schedule has been turned upside down and inside out, like many of you, I’m sure.  Anyway, I will post soon what the Product of the Month will be for October.  But for now, I just had to tell you about our latest promotion as it is spectacular!

I am so excited about this special!  I plan to order several ink pads to replace my old style ones with the newer foam pads (LOVE those) as well as multiple packs of whisper white card stock.  I recently ran out of that and was shocked!  Don’t want that to happen again!  I need to look at the stamp set list a little more closely to decide on that.
